In People v. Estrada

our client was convicted as a drug cartel boss, having murdered and dissolved  bodies in oil drums of acid.  The jury, after 3 years of work, extensively in the U.S. and Mexico, and a 1 year long trial (one of the longest trials in Calif State legal history) returned a hung jury in 2014 for our client.

The client eventually was only sentenced to Life without the Possibility Of Parole (LWOP) – a clear victory over the death penalty.
